Patient information
Feel ready for your visit.
A little preparation can make your appointment feel easier. Here are some helpful things to know before you come in.
Your first appointment
Three simple steps.
Give us a call
Tell us what you would like help with. Ask about appointment availability and let us know if you have any concerns about your visit.
Come prepared
Bring an up-to-date medication list and details of your medical history. Note any symptoms or questions you want to discuss.
Talk through your care
Your dentist can assess your oral health and explain suitable options. Ask about costs and next steps before agreeing to treatment.
Common questions
A little more clarity.
Have another question? We’re just a phone call away.
How do I book an appointment?
Call +44 7883 303558 to discuss availability and arrange a visit. Booking is by phone.
What if I am nervous about the dentist?
Tell us when you call and again at your appointment. You can discuss what makes you anxious and ask your dentist to explain each stage of your care.
How much will treatment cost?
Costs depend on your dental needs and the treatment recommended. Ask for an explanation of the costs before agreeing to proceed.
Can I arrange an urgent appointment?
Call to explain your symptoms and ask about urgent availability. Same-day appointments cannot be guaranteed. For urgent advice when dental care is unavailable, contact NHS 111; for a life-threatening emergency, call 999.
What if I need to change my appointment?
Please call as soon as you know you cannot attend. Ask about any cancellation requirements when booking.
Can I discuss accessibility needs?
Yes. Call before visiting to discuss your requirements and confirm what arrangements are available.
